Grooming This information is for clipping pet or working dogs. Show dogs should be professionally hand stripped. Brush coat with slicker brush to remove dead hair and remove tangles with de-matting comb.Clip from the eyes over the dome of the head using a No 10 blade.Clip the back and side of flanks with a No 7 FCblade, but leave the legs long and the fringe underneath.Groom any long hair and ears with a medium/fine comb.Thin out legs and underbody with thinning scissors. Cut the tips of the nails as required. Only shampoo if neccessary.
