Grooming Brush coat with Bristle brush. Use the de-matting comb on matted areas and the slicker brush to remove dead hair. With the Andis Clipper use a No 10 Blade for the head, cheeks and ears and finish the body coat with a No 7 FC Blade. The chest and tail should be thinned out with thinning scissors.The No 15 Blade is optional and is used to trim the feet, the alternative is to use straighs scissors. Please note that for showing, Setters should be hand stripped with a stripping knife. Cut the tips of the nails as required. Only shampoo if neccessary.
