Should any product purchased from Prizepets.co.uk be found to be faulty, damaged upon delivery or differing from the description shown on the Prizepets website, then we will be pleased to arrange replacement or for a refund of the item purchased.
We must be notified by email. of any damage to items within 24 hours of delivery, so please check your order carefully as no claims for damage will be considered once this period has elapsed.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item by mistake from Prizepets.co.uk it may be returned
within 14 days and we will be pleased arange for replacement or refund, provided that the item is in new and unused condition and contained in it's original packaging. It will be the responsibility of the customer
to return the unwanted item by an insured courier or signed-for mail.
For customers not wishing to make their own arrangements to return items which they do not require.
We can instruct an insured courier on their behalf to collect from their home. The charge for this service for mainland addresses is £14.90 for each consignment up to 20kgs* plus 25p per Kg thereafter.To arrange to return a please e-mail using the details on our contact page. Should a customer refuse delivery of a consignment, it will be cosidered as a return and will encounter the return charge as above.
* Shipping weights may vary from actual weights depending on volume. We do not offer a collection service for offshore addresses. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
